Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only
Orders ship from our facility in Toronto, Ontario. We ship within Canada only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Method & Timelines
Shipments are sent via Canada Post or a comparable carrier with tracking. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada: 4–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days
- Northern territories: 7–14 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet packaging with no external branding referencing the product category. Products are packed to maintain integrity during transit.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of payment confirmation, contact us at support@northlabspeptides.ca.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 72 hours at support@northlabspeptides.ca with your order reference and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
